As a lot of you may already know.. i use Shakeology every day and i love it and it has helped me reach my fitness goals this year.. however i know some have told me it is too expensive.. but i will be starting a Shake it up challenge group on December 16th.. it is only $35 and u get 7 shakes.. so if you were curious and wanted to taste it this would be a great opportunity for u..u can choose from chocolate or vanilla or u can have some of both.. first come first serve..
