As a member of the survival cricket club, I am very delighted to see yet another year of club presentation. The event marked the accomplishments of a dynamic team with an avid aptitude for cricket. Cricket season 2013 was a great year for SCC with many glorious moments and even a fair portion of challenges, yet Survival prevailed. In such, the name Survival in the NYSCL has and will continue to represent excellent cricke, marvelous talents, a team that plays fervently, a team that drives fear in its opponents and a team that made winning a simply hobby. As the records would reflect, only losing a mere 5 games in over 2 plus years. Whilst, displaying a spirit of dominance on the field and brilliance in talents. The management of the Survival Cricket Club must also undoubtedly be praised for its continuous support and commitment. At the center of this cricket operation Mr. Vijay Kumar must be highlighted for the steadfast and devoted works he have infused for the SCCs successes. Moreover, I applaud all of the awardees in last evenings accolades ceremony. I am also of the firm view, that 2014 will be a successful season for SCC filled with spectacular cricket. In a telephone conversation this afternoon with Mr. Asgar Khan who was adjudicated MVP in the NYSCL 2013 season, he has indicated his intention to lead the SCC in the upcoming tournament. Im sure SCC will be a force to reckon with this cricket calendar.
