As a nation, we routinely struggle to get 75 percent of eligible voters to partake in elections. Yet Richard Sherman yells into a microphone for 10 seconds and, all of a sudden, everybody has an opinion. The man is a professional football player. He plays a kids game for a living. He doesnt know you are, will likely never meet you, and doesnt care what you think, nor should he. His actions have zero impact on your life and vice versa. I love sports as much as the next person, but with all of the injustices and unsolved problems in this world, I assure you, this issue is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I just wish, for once, this country could get excited about something that matters. *Steps off soap box*
