As a paintballer, medieval faire and fantasy fan, I often get asked what I think about the portrayal of women in what can only be called questionable choice of playing attire - assuming your goal is to actually play, joust, etc. or represent a woman that does actually play. Well I finally found a photo that I think will pretty much generate a similar reaction to what I feel when I see the portrayal of women in attire unsuited to the activity they are supposedly participating in. Not to say its going to necessarily put everyone off (as this wouldnt put anyone super keen off), but the initial impression is definitely one of what???? why are all the people like me wearing silly outfits?
