As a part of the 2014 season, the Toronto Blue Jays and BOMBA will be running an Instructional Clinic in Burlington, presented by Honda. Qualified Blue Jays instructors will focus on teaching baseball players 8 to 14 years of age the fundamental skills of baseball in a fun and structured atmosphere. Each clinic will be four hours in length with the players being grouped by age. During the clinic each group will rotate through stations that will deal with skills such as: hitting, throwing, fielding, pitching, and baserunning. We also invite coaches to come on to the field to observe and ask our Instructors questions. BOMBA will host an Instructional Clinic on Saturday June 14th at Ireland Park from 3pm - 7pm. The Blue Jays Instructional Clinic fee is only $40 per player. Registration opens on Monday, March 17th at the Baseball Academy at toronto.bluejays.mlb/tor/baseball_academy/honda_instructional_clinics. Each clinic attendee should bring their glove, bat, and helmet along with a small lunch.
