As a part of welfare activities,the Army 4 RR organized seven days basic welding classes at Army Camp Bhaderwah in order to generate future employment opportunities for unemployed youth.The classes commenced on 07 June 2013. A total of 16 students from Bhala, Sarna, Mathola and Udrana villages were training on different types of basic welding techniques, welding tools and safety measures followed during welding.In the closing ceremony participation certificates were distributed to the students. Army 4 RR motivated the students to continuethe welding practice in futureand become a skilled welder for the state. Local have appreciated the noble initiative of the 4 RR Army and thanked the unit for organizing such skill development programs. In the end, feedback forms were filled by the students and they suggested for organizing more number of skill development programs in future.These kinds of efforts of the 4 RR Army will go long way in helping the youth of the area in finding gainful employment and to be bread winners for their families.
