As a people with a development-driven consciousness, it behooves on us to consistently cross-pollinate on impacts that have been made by the political class wherein lies major instruments of change and transformation; it becomes only a negation when such instruments have been wrongly applied and as a result plunging the larger majority into jeopardy and near-poverty.
