As a random act of kindness we decided to give something back to the community, the entertainments team at st ives along with the our wonderful park manager matt Mitchell and entertainments co-ordinator sammie took freddy the fox and trixie the bunny to visit some very poorly little people at the st austell hospice for terminally ill children. Here we were greeted by a fantastic array of friendly staff along with some very smiley happy children and their families! Freddy and Trixie decided to take a big bag of goodies for the familys to take away and play with, they also went and had a play with the children and caused havoc climbing on a very well built home made pirate ship, getting stunk in pop up tents with freddy accidentally bumping into ALOTof things and much much more. the whole place is absolutely fantastic and is very heart warming environment with a wide variety of play rooms! it was a pleasure visiting and we are looking to go again to try and bring a bit more joy to the little peoples lives. A big thank you to Jackie and all of the team from everyone at st ives holiday village and everyone from John Fowler holiday parks more pictures to follow :)
