As always we bring you the best of the best! You have seen a lot about Kinseo Taping lately. It is a great approach BUT, it should only be applied by qualified licensed individuals such as experienced equine veterinarians, chiropractors, physical therapist, osteopaths or vet techs or similar under vet supervision. The horse needs to be first evaluated by the primary veterinarian prior to applying tape to make sure its application is appropriate. Horses are experts on compensation and taping may make a horse load an area which is uncomfortable which is why this is a team approach. We bring you Dr. Sybille Molle of KINESIO TAPING® EQUINE: kinesioequine/. Dr. Sybille is trained by the founder, Dr. Kenzo Kase who had 35 years of experience in taping humans before turning his attention to horses. If you would like to find out more about the benefits of Kinesio Taping concepts for your horse join us for a special evening dinner event with instructor Dr. Sybille Mobille. This dinner and lecture is open to everyone. Dr. Mobille will explain how the tape works, how horses benefit and more importantly, who should be applying the tape on your horse. The event is free for those attending and registered for the 2 day hands on course (EQ1700LP) following this evening event. For those not registered in the EQ1700LP course the fee for the evening is $50USD. We will have a meat and a vegetarian entrée, salads and desserts. Registration can be found: equinology/info/course.asp?courseid=107 If you are a licensed professional (veterinarian, chiropractor, physical therapist, osteopath or veterinary technician) or an advanced body worker you are able to register for our 2 day professional course, EQ1700LP: KTE1 INTRODUCTION TO THE KINESIO TAPING® METHOD FOR EQUINE, BASIC KINESIO KT EQUINE 1 AND KT EQUINE 2 following the lecture/dinner. The cost of the lecture/dinner is included in the 2 day course tuition which is held September 19-20, 2015 in Petaluma, Northern CA. We know you will appreciate your instruction from a veterinarian who lives and breathes this method. Full details can be found: equinology/info/course.asp?courseid=104 We plan to host the advanced level course in the spring of 2016: EQ1710LP: KTE3 - ADVANCED CLINICAL APPLICATIONS OF THE KINESIO TAPING® METHOD FOR EQUINES equinology/info/course.asp?courseid=105.
