As an actual country girl I absolutely LOVE this video as the mother of a daughter I adore it. This is really expressing something that has been bothering me lately. Once upon a time we were conservative and country boys were the ones who still opened doors and treated women with respect. Now they portray us a bimbos in bikinis who I am pretty sure would faint if confronted with actual manure or hard work. I am finding that images really affect how my daughter sees herself so these messages matter more and more to me.
