As chef i always try to make recipes easier...specially for home makers..authentic recipes takes lots of preprations n all but u try to make dat recipes in two methods,just mixing and cooking..here i am sharing one famous gravy called makhni gravy...by dis gravy u can mke many dishes like paneer makhni butter chicken mutter mashroom makhni n lots more... Ingredients tomatoes-1kg Bay leaf-2 Ginger garlic paste-half tbsp degi mirch-half big tbsp Cinamon-1 stick of 2 inches Salt-according to taste Sugar-according to taste Butter-150gms Cream-100 gms (according to taste) Kasturi methi-1tbsp Garam masala-1tbsp kaju paste(cashewnut paste)-5 big tbsp Oil-2 tbsp curd-100 gms Method Cut the tomatoes as shown in d picture..1into 4.. Put tomatoes in pressure cooker..add oil salt sugar bay leaf ginger garlic paste degi mirch pdr and cashewnut paste n cinamon...add 1 cup water close d lid n give it 3 whistels... now let pressure released and cool it at room temprature.. Now,make puree n strain it with strainer Now,take a pan...add butter garlic paste n saute it foe a minute now add the puree n cook it well...for checkin d gravy if itz cooked or not,dip the slicer n see if it is coated with the gravy...now add garam masala kasturi methi...check the taste n balance the taste,by adding salt n sugar but keep in mind it should not be salty or sweet...it should be mild..now remove it from flame n add cream and beaten curd n mix it well.. Makhni gravy is ready Now u can add paneer,chicken, .mushroom n anything u want.. Try it today :) Hope it will help you....
