As humans we tend to spend far too much time worrying about trivia things, while at the same time ignoring and denying the truth. We must learn to turn away from the thousands of topics that invite attention. There are thousands of matters that consume our time and arouse interest and our passions, but end in nothing. Because they are just worthless trivia. Provided by the enemy of our souls to keep us to busy and too confused to focus on and obey the truth. The highest interests demand the close attention and energy that are so often given to comparatively insignificant things. Many believe that by accepting and seeking new theories it will bring them new life and elevate them in the truth. But truth is never elevated by trivia and worthless things. We need to understand that even an acquaintance with facts and theories important in themselves is of little value to us unless we put them to a practical use in our lives. So form this moment forward, let us practice majoring in truth and not in trivia things...
