As i sit in my room thinking about lacing up my spike for the last and final time for the 2014 season to run this 4x400m i can say am truly blessed and thankful for this season i have because if you did asked me 2 years ago or last year would i have this season i would say No but what God have in stored for you it yours because last year this time when i finish my season i did not know if i want to get back on the track because i simple did not know if my body would allowed me but as usual i have such am amazing team that will push me all the way am so thankful for them they truly know who they are because this season is for you guys that love me and never gives up on me… I know many of you out there have being at the bottom and dont know if there is anyway you can find your way out but i can tell you yes there is always a light at the end of the tunnel you just have to trust and believe that God will bring you out because He sure does it for me and continuing doing for me so no matter what life brings you never give up just keep fighting……
