As i was walking up the sidewalk yesterday evening, I saw a drunk white guy giving a black guy a hard time in the street. Black dude was being as patient and non-confrontational as could be. I dont go looking for altercations, but I walked across the street to them... After a few minutes of me trying to encourage the drunk to move along, he hawked up a big loogie and spit at the black dude. So, I hauled off and kicked the white dude square in the nuts with a NFL sized 50yard field goal type kick. He laid there wincing in pain. Black dude got a good jab in, then he hopped in a car and drove off. I then put my hands in my pockets and never glanced back as I resumed my walk to get a bloody mary from a friend while waiting for Kat to get off work. Someone said the cops came by shortly after and took ol drunky off in handcuffs. I imagine hes waking up in jail with purple nuts the size of a volleyball right about now as hes getting ready to go see the judge. I dont look for reasons to squabble. I dont even like confrontations. But I couldnt help it. Kicking that dude was involuntary. It happened so fast that I didnt even have time to think about it... If I had it to do all over again, I dont know what I wouldve done differently. It was like an involuntary reflex. Im not a violent guy. I try to be a gentleman... but I couldnt just sit back and watch that happen... although it did kinda feel good to connect my steel toes with his crotch as his testicles were launched up into his lung region.
