As many of my friends already know, PSN and XBL were completely down over the holidays. Even though both are back up and running, there was still a lingering thought of who dunnit and could it happen again? If you havent heard by now, the hacktivist group known as Anonymous were quick to jump in and declare war on the group claiming responsibility, (known to the public as Lizard Squad.) Before Anonymous even got a chance to get things rolling, another group calling themselves Finest Squad took charge and effectively destroyed Lizard Squad by not only posting their primary botnet on Twitter, but also sending the identities of all of the members the could find directly to the FBI. Two of Lizard Squads members have already been arrested and charged with multiple counts of computer tampering and terrorist threats. So, no more hacks from that group. Here is the initial YouTube video that exposed all the Lizard Squad members.
