As many of you know, Dan has been taking Curcumall (liquid turmeric extract from Israel) for years to help his arthritis, and recently added ginger capsules, and that combination successfully & TOTALLY eliminated his chronic pain- which was at times so bad it literally incapacitated him. He has a deteriorating disc in his back, coupled with arthritis and an old fracture from the military. He takes NO pain meds now- & NO Rxs of any kind. Curcumall & 500mg ginger capsule once or twice a day; some people find 3X a day helps them best. Many people have stomach issues with turmeric capsules or4 fresh turmeric- Curcumall doesnt do that. There are many studies on Curcumall for Arthritis & other issues, there are also tests being done on using it against Alzheimers. Below are my Notes on Curcumall which has a lot of info. Turmeric is a natural blood thinner, & the only contraindication I know of would be if you are a taking blood thinner medication, such as Cumedin.
