As many of you know, my partner in life and Beyond Limits Running - TopicsExpress

As many of you know, my partner in life and Beyond Limits Running co-founder, Stephanie, received a kidney/pancreas transplant during an ultra race 3 years ago. For the last 5 days, she has been in Mayo Hospital fighting an unknown illness and her pancreas showing signs of rejection. While she cant get flowers and cant really have visitors, there is something our running friends can do to help her. Please run an extra mile for her on your next training run and if you are racing this weekend and feel the urge to quit, please dig deep, think of her, and push beyond that urge to quit. Stephanie is tough as nails, has zero quit in her, and I know will get better. Thanks for the positive thoughts and if you need a reason to push a little harder on your next run, you now have one. Thanks, Ken
