As many of you know, our friend and fellow athlete, Olivia Howell, suddenly lost her Father on Saturday. We will be hosting a benefit WOD to help support her family this Saturday at 1:30. Andrew and I have trained Olivia for over 3 years. She is not only a member at CFU, but a dear friend to many of us. Her family has attended our events & supported us at competitions and now its time we reach out to them with our support. Please ask your friends and family to watch or participate in the WOD. We would also like to invite other Boxes in the area to join us in this community event. Remember that CrossFit is a community of people helping people. Please consider a donation to help the family.
