As most all of you know, Chandler is in football. After practice last night, he was extremely tired and sore. (We had been up since 5:30 because of a doctors appointment in Bismarck before school.) He came home and took a very long, hot bath with Epsom Salts. All the while telling me how much pain he had. I understand pain all too well so I gave him a couple of my Noni caplets that I take for arthritis. They worked for him, :-} Then C told Micah, I am sleeping late tomorrow morning. Dont wake me up. This morning at 6 am I hear water running. Chandler is soaking in another Epsom Salts bath. It lasts over an hour. As I come in from taking care of my dogs, he meets me at the door. Can have some more Nano? he asked. Noni? I replied. Noni and apple turnovers seemed to do the trick. He is now hooked on a super fruit to provide pain relief. So much for a late start to a busy day!
