As most of my friends and family know I loved my job and worked hard to keep my family fed and the bills paid. Well I got fired on the spot the day I told my hr department that I had a hernia from lifting too much at work and my only option was to have surgery. The hr guy shook my hand and said Steph u are an asset to our company but we have to fire u effective immediately and shook my hand and said but no hard feelings. Well I just got accepted for unemployment I wish I could go shake his crooked ass hand and let him know that I have no hard feelings. Im a fighter Im gonna be just fine besides I dont need to literally work my guts out for a company who says in meeting s that their employees are nothing but a number to them... because they literally mean it. Time for me to find a real job
