As most of you know, I am not a big proponent of organized religion, however this to me is a clear First Amendment breach. The first of our American ancestors were fleeing this very sort of discrimination...the government and the church should remain separate and necessitates a strict application of the rights every citizen is guaranteed. It also will invariably provoke politicizing the pulpit, giving inspiration to clergy to electioneer on Sundays.
