As most of you know I help my family run the Pan Ahar and anyone who has a business and are committed to the business in doing there very best they can to gain and maintain a good reputation will know how hard it can be!! On a personal level I genuinely do everything I can to make sure no one has left our premises without being happy about everything we provide. I have spent some time in responding to quite a few reviews on tripadvisor although I feel this website holds you ransom because they dont give you the freedom of choice if your own business should be there or not, I am really thankful to everyone who wrote all the nice things to say about us!! Thank you very much I really appreciate your honesty and fairness of the reviews. On a personal level about the site..we have competitors who falsely abuse the reviews to gain custom and take others down because they are jealous of how hard we work and what weve achieved(you know who you are) I have always felt this site is NOT a true reflection of how a business is, in most cases the site is used to criticise the restaurant industry. The only way to know what a place is like is by going there and experiencing it...I have made my views direct to administrators at tripadvisor but I have constantly been ignored after an auto-confirmation email!!! I am deeply grateful to every person who helps our business with there support, loyalty and honesty...we are only human and we can make mistakes which Ive always accepted responsibility for and we also learn from them but for someone to have one bad experience out of a soo many times and then blast it on the net..feels a bit of unfair!! And the latest competition in the town to feel the need to fake names and criticise then make praise under false name by there own...do some real work?? Apologise for the rant but needed to get that out!!!
