As much as I remember the fear and anger of 9/11, I more remember the pride I felt to be an American. The way this country came together to grieve, yet to honor and defend our country. Something I had never seen before. American flags were everywhere, cars, side of buildings, over passes.... My hope is no matter our political views we always will be one country united and it doesnt have take a tragedy to realize what we have.
