As much as we love this area here in Vermont, why are we so god dam over governed? I just went to DMV and tried to do the right thing and register my quad the c$#t bag told me I need a bill of sale from every person that is in the title to show the chain of ownership. Are u kidding me who the hell passes there bill of sale along with any vehicle they purchase to the new owner? Wtf. I hate this dam state lately. If I had a job offer outta this dam place I would go in a heartbeat. (If the wife allowed our family to move that is!) just getting sick of the bullshit around here. We pay the most taxes in the country for our shitty little government so they can make every tax payers life miserable as possible.... Now what? Not like I can track down six different people that have owned this quad over the last 9 years to get a bill of sale from all of them.... God dam when is enough enough around here. Looks like Ill be making up my own documents later on the computer for them and find a random handful of people to sign them!!! Ill play there games! Lol
