As my Top 50 draws to a close id like to thank everyone who has followed and supported me along the way. My intentions were never to showcase myself but to simply evoke some thought and discussion. Id like to list a few honorable mentions of movies that missed out. Movies that could have easily been in your top 10, my top 50 or vice versa. Saving Private Ryan, Blow, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Matrix, The Departed, Zoolander, Inglourious Basterds, The Goonies, Love Actually, The Green Mile, The Breakfast Club, Mystic River, Any Given Sunday, Predator, Top Gun, Gladiator, Titanic, The Wizard of Oz, Braveheart, Crash, Back to the Future and Training Day. My number 1 will no doubt be controversial for some, strange for others and accepted by few. But as the great Carl Sagan once said our preferences do not determine whats true. So thanks everyone, its been a journey and more importantly its been emotional.
