As of 1345 or so today, my wife Texie and I are now divorced. It sounds sad to say we were one month short of our six year anniversary, but we filed 8 months ago and the court has just NOW finished. In no way should anyone celebrate the end of our marriage, but I do rejoice in the end of the bureaucratic horror which was our divorce. I ask that everyone refrain from speculating on or posting about the details of this matter. It is enough to say that this was a mutual decision, and that although I neither broke not bent my wedding vows, my excessive hours at work for the last several years played no small part in this outcome. And guys, spare me the proposed strip club and/or TJ trips... thats really not me. I do however intend to plan some kind of eat-all-of-the-dead-animals event in the near future, to celebrate the end of the government having such a ridiculously powerful hold over our lives. I mean holy crap, youre basically operating in receivership of your own estate during the entire divorce process!
