As of 2:45 pm, about 1,700 members are without electricity. The heaviest concentration of outages is in the Canal Winchester area & northern Perry County. However, many. many individual outages are scattered aross the territory. Butler Rural Electric Co-op is proving mutual aid to South Central by providing two line crews to assist in the effort. That brings to 17 the number of contractor or other co-op crews who are helping the assisting co-op. At this time, South Central still estimates that the affected members will have their electricity restored by mid-day Friday. We appreciate your patience.
