As of Rizal Day 2014, the Torre de Manila has risen to 32 storeys. Imagine the vista from the Rizal Monument at 49 storeys! And should the Supreme Court decide in DMCIs favor, the floodgates are open for other like-minded developers to build even higher towers, totally obliterating the vista behind the Rizal Monument. Let us join Senator Pia Cayetanos crusade to enjoin the Supreme Court and the City of Nanila, NCCA, the NHCP, and the NM to enforce our zoning and heritage laws by stopping the construction of the Torre de Manila.
