As our city grows poorer it is silly for your local government to impose more harsh rules against the impoverished. I have lived in my house 23 years and not once has the city done anything to the alley behind my house except harass me for weeds. No gravel or nothing or nothing. I think I have the only alley without bricks. 10 years ago they also had to repair a water leak in front my house and destroyed the curb on Jackson Street. Still have done nothing about repairing that.
