As parents we face many challenges with our children. When we hold steadfast to what is good and proper for these phenomenal blessings from Father God we are constantly rewarded and so are they. Having a child with life threatening health problems is stressful as it is. No parent wants to hear their child amidst a major asthma attack cry and say Mommy I dont want to die and asthma kills people. If that werent enough to then feel like David fighting Goliath when his teacher and principal tell him and you that because he has ASTHMA he is learning disabled and incapable of learning like the healthy children. SOMEBODY LIED TO THEM! I fought them tooth and nail. End result is that third grader whose dreams and aspirations they tried to kill graduated high school today. Not only that but he was awarded for academic excellence. Did I mention that he also played JV and Varsity Football! Oh he was also taking college classes at a school outside of his high school. He refereed little league baseball. And yes dream killers he is also a volunteer Emergency Medical Tech (EMT). LOL yea no asthma attack in over three years. My GOD is an awesome GOD and He takes care of His children. (Drops mic and dismount soap box) Shawn Frederick I love you for being a great example to your brother, GOD gave me the best you ever.
