As part of our new programming we are going to be adding a couple of different classes to give our members some variation and give you the tools to keep improving ability. We are introducing a High School student class at 6.30pm each Thursday. This is for our High School aged athletes who are keen to gain some specific coaching for their ability and improve their skills, especially with a focus on the up-coming HPU competition. Girls you know who you are. We will also be bringing some other athletes in from various high schools. Other members will not be able to book this class and time.....remember billy you are not at high school anymore!! We will also be offering a competition class three times a week. These will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm, and at 10am on Saturday. The focus of these classes will be learning and improving the general movements required to compete at a competition from scaled to RX level. It will involve movements suc as; box jumps, kipping and butterfly pull-ups, rope climbs, overhead squats, etc. There will also be a focus on individual and team WODs and the best strategies to succeed to your best ability.
