As promised, we requested in writing what was happening. This is the response: "Regarding the dogs, there is no additional premium for specific breeds, nor is there a dog bite exclusion on the policy. However, if there is a dog bite claim, it may jeopardize the coverage depending on the circumstance. The park should implement guidelines regarding particular breeds. I understand you cannot ask anyone to let any of their pets go, but in the future the breeds should be monitored. Most homeowner companies do not allow specific breeds. You should request proof of homeowner insurance for the dog owners."
