As salam o alaikum, My dear friends. COMPARASION BETWEEN DCK AND BT; there are most of people asking now a days that what is the diffrence to invest in DCK and BT, so i let be share my views here and invite all to contribute their views on the subjected issue. First of all i admire that DCK is very very reliable and authentic place to invest in ,,, 1- due to high values behind DHA and their projects nationally and globally,,, 2- very very authentication in the documentation , mean no cheat all over,,, 3-proces is easy all over,,,and in last very very important that DHA is behind DCK, and they are point out the place, means project is visible in as reality, more work like intimation,, demarkation and other are being is process,,,,,, then BT just sale registration slips only,,, there are no any commitment regarding the registration slips that they are offering plots, banglows, flats, shops and any whatever,, means the picture is not clear all over. and registration slip holders are in totally dark, they dont know that they are earn property in BT or not,,, just they are blindly following others and others and others. Think, comments and views are appriciated. thanks
