Ex: How can I expand my wealth creation / I am not sure about my boyfriend &girlfriend / I feel I am stuck Responsibility is not commitment, commitment is not responsibility. Responsibility can be totally non- committed. If you are constantly thinking about your future from powerless, and go on thinking ‘what can go wrong ‘ is commitment If you think from the space of completion and go on thinking of what can go right is RESPONSIBILITY. I AM TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE BUT TOTALLY NON - COMMITTED. Any future plans which erupts from what all can go wrong is commitment Any future plans which comes out of what all can go right is Responsibility Accountability ? – if you are constantly thinking from what can go wrong , even if you are commitment , you may be accountable , but you are not accountable. If you can move based on what all can go right , gives you the ability to start 2000 new projects. The mind which sees what all can go wrong can never move to the 2nd project. Even when you do some action, is your worrying/lust/fear pattern keeping quite ? Same way, instead of fear/lust/worry, why can your celebration /gratitude /planning / completion function ? It is simple tranining! Sacred secret as per yogic tradition : The moment you are born ,you reside in Ananda Gandha ( the soul in which the consciousness operates in your body ) . Why you are doing your everyday activity ? - whether you chose your fear lust involve involuntarily , or planning , completion , gratitude . It is just consciously building. You are MULTI DIMENSIONAL by Nature ! If you don’t take responsibility, you are beaten balk and blue by commitment in life. When you take responsibility, you are given freedom of commitments in life. A responsible person has no commitments. This is the principle I wanted the new generation to evolve. India has Cloud Campus : Students don’t go to education institution , through laptop they can best teachers , best education methods. With responsibility, the commitments are going to drop. Commitment may be a nice way in the initial help to teach you responsibility, but it should never be a lifestyle. I want responsible Sannyasis not commited Sannyasis. When you are promoted and you are not responsible - either you are punished or the system is punished. RESPONSIBLE PERSON DELIVERS! The power of responsibility is such is that everyone around you becomes responsible. Commitment can be dry and boring. Responsibility is celebrating and liberating . Only in Thanedar and Kotari level , I expect commitment , but a Mahanth level , I expect you to be responsible – you should be delivering. - Our Gurukul is built on responsibility. They are two year ahead of their syllabus. I want human beings who are highly responsible, totally non- committed. Thank you
