As some of you may have read on one of my previous posts, I went and saw Robocop (remake). I was one of the hesitant ones. I almost didnt even wanna watch it. As Sam Jackson would say; I was Robophobic. But......I must admit. It had big shoes to fill and it did. And it pulled it off with a PG-13 rating. Steve, it was violent, but not bloodier than the original. But it was intense. Thumbs up for keeping the original theme music. I dont wanna give much away. I was happy with the cast. It was good to see Keaton in a good Keaton role again. Never disappointed with Gary Oldman. The guy that played Murphy was legit. I honestly tried to find negatives and complaints on this movie, but I just couldnt find any. Maybe my expectations were very low going in, but it way exceeded my expectation. Take that however you want it. And yes, I can say that I would buy that for a dollar and some.
