As some of you may know, I recently had a mini stroke. Unfortunately, I also like to cook and am quite adventurous in the kitchen.Before buying a cookery book I look through a random recipe, if it is easy to follow, I will assume the whole book is written in a simplistic, easy to follow way, fair? I was in a book shop the other day, picked up a recipe book, one of the ingredients was 1/2 heaped teaspoon of Cumin seeds. It confused me, do you have to erect a wall half way along the spoon to prevent the Cumin seeds leveling themselves off? I seek the help of my noble co-pedantists (probably not spelt correctly, not even a real word, that is not the topic.) on this most testing subject. Please help. :-)
