As the New Year approaches, and 2014, a very great year for me, is put to rest, Im finding the need to replenish my spirit with inspirational people and art, if you will. Christmas proved to be like a huge debilitating shroud, the ghosts of some people lost recently crowding to make themselves heard, consumerism threatened to stamp out any hint of seasonal joy, and competing holiday responsibilities fought for precedence and YEESH MAMA, it was weird. Anyway, I posted a bunch of stuff yesterday that I find inspirational, that fuels my tank and motivates me to press forward and I was pleasantly surprised as to how many people joined in. Maybe you need it too huh? Glad to be of service! Anyway it was hugely helpful to me, so much so that Im going to continue over the next 12 hours or so. Lets start with a Christmas card collaboration between Patti Smith and David Lynch as we ring out the old year.....
