As the clock tickled down at 4.30 PM (IST), all courts in Delhi proceeded on summer vacation for 3 weeks. (Hon’ble High Court from 1st June). After facing hectic day-after-day schedules, these three weeks, we at LC-II Associates decided to resolve some cases (Mostly Matrimonial) through mutual dialogue and consent, so that on July 2nd we are planning to file as many as matrimonial cases are possible for withdrawal on the ground that the parties have agreed for compromise or settlement. Our concern is for minor children who are suffering between contesting mother & father. On this occasion, we once again very proudly announce that so far in 2013 our success rate before Hon’ble High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Tis Hazari and Saket District courts is 100% as we haven’t lost any case so far. We made inroads in to extra-territorial locations such as Kanpur, Leh, Laddak, Ludhiyana, Gorakhpur & Chandigarh, as we have been receiving bunch of service matters from paramilitary personnel. Further, we penetrated in to South Delhi rural villages as we resolved their drinking water problems to some extent if not 100%. Hon’ble Judges from Higher Judiciary as well as lower judiciary (barring one or two) started liking us and mostly they are in agreement with our submissions on point of Law. Many judges started enquiring what does LC-II stands for? Then very proudly we explain about our esteemed institution from where we came from. To conclude Goddess Astalaxmi and Saraswathi are gracing us with their divine love and blessings with added flavor of popularity & recognition among rural people and personnel from armed forces.
