As the year winds down, Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company wish to take this opportunity to thank you, our customers, for the support rendered during the year 2014. Despite the environmental challenges faced, we managed to implement water and sanitation extension projects in Libala Water Works, Chainda, Linda Compound, Kabanana, Kaunda Square, New Woodlands Extension, Rockview, Chalala, Matero Maiteneke, Kalingalinga and the installation of about 20,000 pre-paid meters in Lusaka Province. These projects have benefited over a 100,000 people in various communities with improved access to water and sanitation services. During the year, the company was nominated amongst the best four water utilities in the developing world by the Water Global Leaders Initiative in Paris. We couldn’t have done all this without your support. Kindly remember to pay your bills on time as we continue enjoying the mutual relationship during this festive season.
