As we move into the late fall, take this time to consider how you take care of yourself. Find ways to nourish your body and mind. Find ways to think positive thoughts about yourself. Not that it is a cure-all, but it can help. Here is a glimpse into an article I read recently: In one study, for example, about half the participants saw improvements in chronic headaches after learning how to stop the stress-producing habit of “catastrophizing,” or constantly thinking negative thoughts about their pain.
