As you all know by know, we are fundraising to steri 1000 animals in a year. Therefore we would like to do something different at the SPCA Christmas Day which we will be hosting at the kennels on 13th Dec. A special day when we turn our SPCA red!!! We are going to be putting up a huge Christmas tree and will ask for cash donations to be put into a RED envelope (which we will supply) with a note to a dog or cat, kitten or puppy who will be unfortunate enough to be spending Christmas in our kennels. This money will go toward sterilising animals in need! You could also bring along a dog or cat toy to keep our pound animals stimulated which we will also attach to the tree. Shall we call this tree our TREE OF LIGHT? Putting light into the life of abandoned and unwanted animals by sterilising them? And as usual, you will be required to wear a red Christmas Hat. Santa Clause also pays us a visit on the day to make it even more enjoyable!! So save the date, bring kiddies, grannies, and grandpa s and please post your suggestions before we start making final arrangements??
