As you all know, lovely Faith and Harpo (Harpa...) are booked on the April transport to the UK. But their new foster home may not be ready for them by then. So, we desperately need a back up plan...someone to look after them until everything is sorted. They dont have to go to the same home, but we dont know how long the temporary home will be needed for right now, maybe 2 - 4 weeks. Both these dogs have been severely traumatised and need very special care. Faith as you know was found tortured with wire around her neck and leg, and she lost the leg. Harpa has always been very shy and afraid and timid ever since she was found on the streets, she has lost her trust (if she ever had it) in people. Right now there are only two options: they stay behind and we put them on another transport with Europet this means raising an additional amount (to our existing YouCaring goal) for transport - at least 700 euros, and the other option is to bring them to the UK and put them in kennels near their new foster mom, at 8 GBP per dog per day.... neither option is good! Their new foster mom has been especially chosen because she can help Faith and Harpo with their fear and help them get socialised so they can go to a forever home.
