As you all know we have today received 6 dogs we rescued following the horrendous fire at Timisoara and already we have been accused of not caring about the dogs of only doing it for the money we can raise, Nothing has ever been further from the truth and any of our supporters who genuinely understand why and what we do know that we have never rescued dogs to raise money. we raise money so we can rescue dogs. The dogs we have rescued today have left us completely devastated at the condition they are in.. I am told that Danyflor receives nearly 20,000 euros per month from the government purse plus donations from kind people like you to look after these dogs well I can tell you from Cristinas report on the condition of these dogs that your money is NOT being used to care for these dogs. They are all painfully thin, starving, un vaccinated, absolutely terrified and in the worse condition we have ever seen in any dogs. We have many dogs from Targoviste PS who we felt were in bad condition but believe me in comparison to these dogs they were well cared for. We will continue to rescue dogs that are in need regardless of how much people donate to us. We will always find the money from somewhere, Cristina, Dawn and I have many many times put our own money in to care for our dogs when money has been needed and I know many of our supporters have given many hundreds of £ over the year we have been going.
