As you are aware Dexter was a very scared boy.Once he arrived in the kennel, that was it.He was staying there.We have tried many things to persuade him out, but he was not having any of them. He has a big problem with a lead of any kind.He will just allow you to put it on, but if you want him to move then he bites the lead in half. Today, after much thought, I decided to persuade him to come out, but with no lead.This is a scary thing to do because there is nothing stopping him from running away.He took nearly an hour to come out but once he did there was no stopping him.I tried very hard not to panic, as he raced around, checking everything out.Pete was in the kitchen, looking out, ready to rush out if required.When we felt he had been out long enough, it just took Pete coming out to make Dexter rush back in the kennel. I really need to get Dexter to accept the lead
