As you may be aware, the NUT and Unison are planning to hold a day of industrial action in the form of a strike on Thursday 10th July 2014. This action is not against the school, but is part of national industrial action organised by these unions relating to pay, conditions and pension schemes. Due to the small number of staff that are potentially involved in the industrial action, we will be open as normal for all students. If there is any change to the plan, we will keep you informed via e-mail and through regular updates posted on the school’s website bpsc.co.uk We hope that the issues which have resulted in industrial action are resolved as soon as possible.
