As you may have heard, a 3 1/2-year old boy named Chase, who lives in Florida, is being court ordered to undergo a medically unnecessary circumcision per his fathers wishes, and against his mothers wishes. One of the many arguments given for forced infant circumcision is that the baby will not remember it. At three years old, Chase is a child who is fully aware of his body. He will experience and remember the pain, and he will be very aware that his body has drastically changed - without his consent. Chases mother and her attorney will be appealing the judges decision. A protest is planned for this Friday, May 16, at 10AM at the South County Courthouse in Delray Beach, Florida. If you can go, please do!
