HTAB ne jo faisley kiye hai tanzim ko behtar banaey k liye wo darj zail hai… 1. Tamam districts k cabinets apney districts k schools ka dora karengey aur Haqooq teachers k saat digar teachers ko HTA k members banyengey. 2. Membership k baad wo districts jaha pe election nahi howey hai waha pe election karwaye jayengey, Khawishmaand hazrat election main hisa leney k liye panels banayengey taa k aik jamori tarz ka cabinet samney aye jo k teachers k masail ko behtarin tariqey se hal kar sakay aur HTA ko poray province main aik mustahkam tanzim bana sakay.. 3. HTA Quetta aan qarib tamam schools ka dora karegi, HTA membersazi ka mohaim chalayigi aur teachers k masail sunigi…Membersazi k baad HTA Quetta k election karwaye jayengey. HTAB Cabinet jald he CM se mulaqat karegi jis main darj zail gravinces CM ko paish ki jayigi… 1. Tamam teachers ki service 29th July, 2010 se count ki jaye. 2. Tamam JET ko upgrade kar k SST banaye jaye. 3. Tamam SSTs ko BPS-17 di jaye. 4. Haqooq teachers k liye trainings organize karwaye jaye taa k teachers ki teaching cabilities increase ho aur behtar taqriqey se para sakay. 5. M.ed or B.ed k liye 3 saal k time ko extend karne ki koshish karenge. Q k 3 sal mai kuch teachers ki professional qualification mukmal nai hosakegi. 6. Regular old teachers k jahiz demands pr b kaam karenge HTAB
