Asalam o Alykum, I heard, someone has said that a Nikah becomes MAKROOH if the husband and wife are not living together/ruskhsati not done within the six months after the Nikah has been performed. Lets talk about 1400 years ago. According to one concept Hazrat Aisha (R.A) was 6 years old when her Nikah was performed with Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) and the rukhsati was followed after 3 years. The second school of thought which I reckon is more genuine states that Hazrat Aisha was 16-18 years of age when the Nikah took place and she moved into Hazrat Muhammads (S.A.W) house at the age of 20-21. Either way its the same thing which I am trying to educate YOU, what would you say about this Nikah where the rukhsati took place after 3-4 years? NauzubiLLAH do you call it that word(stated earlier in capitals)? Therefore, please do not speak of such things when you are not literate enough. A nikah can only become void if the divorce or khulla has taken place either verbally or in the written form. I may not be the most RELIGIOUS LOOKING person around but I am speaking out of conclusive study. Apart from that Allah knows the best. الله يعلم الأفضل, I hope the message is delivered, however, I meant no offense and pardon me if I sounded cold. - Suhayb Tahir Yaqoob
