Ascending into higher frequencies of being comes with maturity, where there is no separation in your presence, embracing a more gentle nature with all Life. As the Creator of your experience, what you project will be manifested, in then seeing how it is important to maintain your balance beyond all lower frequencies of anger and violence. The voice in your head is that of the Ego, which will continue to entertain these energies of separation, in feeling the need to resist your own creations, where healing is in acceptance of what is. In this being a self created holographic experience, all violence is self destructive and an act of insanity that continues to reproduce itself on a downward spiral of karmic cycles, ultimately leading to reincarnation.
