The Perth Kilt Run is being held to break the world record for the most people running in kilts in an event and you too can get KILTED like a celebrity and run the event. The Perth Kilt Run, a family friendly and FREE 5km fun run is to be held on 16th November starting at Armadale Arena at 8am. The Perth kilt Run is being held to break the world record for the most people running in kilts in an event. With the ‘official’ 2012 record currently held by Perth, Scotland of 1300 runners and the ‘unofficial’ 2013 record stolen earlier this year by Perth, Canada who had 1,757 kilted runners, Perth WA aims to have over 2000 runners and the world record officially recognised after the other two Perth cities invited WA to challenge them in this annual international event.
